How will I know the status of my request?

Once you submit a request, we will acknowledge, providing you with a comprehensive process methodology, timeline and fee structure. If you give us the go ahead and make the requisite payment, we will go ahead and start the process giving you an update as and when each of the significant milestones is reached. Can you handle financial and legal matters for me?

Absolutely. Both founders have worked in the financial industry and are competent in assisting with financial queries pertaining to investments, taxes, banking, real estate etc. We also have partnered with legal firms to provide sound advice and draft documents that will enable us to carry out tasks on your behalf, these include Power of Attorney documents, legal notices, attestations etc. ˆˆ Top

How do you charge for the services offered?

We assess the time and expertise required to carry out the task requested and respond with a methodology, timeline and fee quote. If acceptable, we will have an electronic invoice generated, to allow you to pay via credit card or paypal in your home currency. Typically, for short tasks in big cities, we will have a standardized fee that we will require you to pay up front. For the more involved tasks we will estimate the fee and request that a portion of it be deposited in advance with the remainder to be submitted when the task is complete. As always we are open to suggestions, and in case you have a special request we will be more than happy to consider it.ˆˆ Top

Are you able to help with property management?

Absolutely. This is one of the most often requested services and we are well equipped to handle property related tasks. From buying and selling to managing existing properties with regards to rentees, taxes, maintenance etc. we are here to simplify the process and make your investment work for you minus the hassle. ˆˆ Top

My mother requires some help in getting on a plane to the US. Can you help?

Yes, we can certainly assist her in getting to the airport and if required even try to locate a person who is traveling on the same flight and request them to help her on the way.
